Transition coaching to help women as they move through divorce, or empty nest, or retirement to redefine their purpose and find happiness.

  • Individual coaching sessions are all about you.  We will work together on your specific issue or goal.
  • Group coaching sessions based on an eight-week program, meeting for one hour each week virtual and in-person.
